United to file brawl report
Sir Alex Ferguson has confirmed Manchester United will file a report to the Football Association about the brawl at Stamford Bridge.
United claim defender Patrice Evra was insulted by a member of Chelsea's staff while United players were warming down on the pitch after Saturday's match.
Chelsea stewards and ground staff were seen scuffling with the United players and the FA has asked Chelsea to provide CCTV footage so they can investigate further.
Ferguson said: "We are filing a report which will be sent to the FA.
"We are very happy with that, we are delighted with that. We hope the FA investigate it."
Chelsea have confirmed they will look at the incident but they have not commented on the scuffle.
United player Carlos Tevez said: "Patrice received a grave insult from a member of Chelsea's staff.
"He demanded an explanation and, from that moment, these men just wanted to attack Patrice.
"Obviously it's normal that we tried to defend our team-mate but within a few seconds all of the United players were surrounded by stewards.
"I think that the security cameras will show the provocation we received. I have never seen anything like this in my career. If the FA opens an investigation, we will co-operate and happily give our version of what happened."
