Sir Alex expects United to bounce back

Sir Alex Ferguson insists his Manchester United players will be back to their best for the Premier League fixture against Chelsea.

The teams meet at Stamford Bridge, where a win for United would almost guarantee the Premier League title, for the second season running.

"There is a great incentive for us" - Sir Alex Ferguson

The United players have had 24 hours less rest than the Chelsea squad after both teams appeared in the semi-finals of the Champions League this week and the United squad had a longer journey home from Barcelona while Chelsea played in Liverpool.

But Ferguson believes his players will find the motivation to lift themselves with the Premier League title at stake.

He said: "There is a great incentive for us. What we have to do first of all though is get the players recovered from Barcelona. We have the disadvantage of a day's less rest than Chelsea and then there is the travelling of course.

"We will do our best. We will get the players rested and hopefully we will be all right for Saturday."
