Nadal crashes out of Masters

The current King of Tennis Rafael Nadal has crashed out of the Cincinnati Masters semi-final after a straight sets defeat to Serbian Novak Djokovic.

Nadal who initially looked to have the match under control lost 6-1 7-5.

Murray cruised to a straight sets victory over Croatia's Ivo Carlovic in his semi-final, beating him 6-4 6-4.

The victory guaranteed Murray a rise from world number nine to six, his highest ranking, and increased the chances of achieving his goal of a top-eight seeding at the US Open in three weeks' time.
