Collingwood aims to draw one-day series

England's one-day cricket captain Paul Collingwood is convinced his team-mates can put the disappointment of the tied match in Napier behind them.

Collingwood almost gave England a chance to win the five-match series against New Zealand when he narrowly missed the stumps as the Kiwis ran a single leg bye from the last ball in the fourth match.

"There is a belief there we can get something out of the series" - Paul Collingwood

That tie means England must win the final match in Christchurch just to draw the series at 2-2.

But he believes the players are happy to have a target.

He said: "There's a lot of confidence around. Everybody's enjoying themselves and there's a belief there we can get something out of the series.

"Everybody's enjoying having the chance to come out of the series with a draw and that would be a fantastic result for us."
