Paris Hilton is reportedly set to record a second album following her recent stint behind bars.

Despite being dropped by record label Warner Bros, the heiress said she is "determined" to make a follow up to her self-titled debut which hit record stores last summer.

Paris spent three years recording her first album in conjunction with Warner Bros and her own label Heiress Records

She added: "I'm already working on my new record".

Paris spent three years recording her first album in conjunction with Warner Bros and her own label Heiress Records.

But last month Warner announced it had no plans to release another album following poor sales.

Although her debut went in at number six on the US Billboard charts it disappeared shortly after and only reached number 29 in the UK album chart.

Artist Banksy and Gnarls Barkley star Dangermouse also hijacked copies of her album in the UK and replaced them with their own mixes and a controversial cover.
