Depp's daughter 'much better'

Johnny Depp's daughter is now "much better" after claims she was taken seriously ill over a week ago.

It had been reported that the Hollywood star and his partner Vanessa Paradis had been keeping a round-the clock watch on their seven-year-old daughter Lily-Rose after she was admitted to a London hospital.

"We are happy to report that their daughter is doing much better" - Spokesperson

"We are happy to report that their daughter is doing much better. The family greatly appreciates the continued support and respect of their privacy," a spokesperson said.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star is in Britain filming his latest movie Sweeney Todd at Pinewood Studios.

The film is directed by Tim Burton and also stars Helena Bonham Carter and Alan Rickman.
