Uberproducer Mark Ronson will team up with Duran Duran for a special concert in Paris.

Ronson has had a good year so far, picking up awards at both the Grammys and Brit awards.

Ronson said he was looking forward to putting his 'magical touch' to work with one of the biggest pop bands of the eighties.

Together, they will rework versions of some of their classic hits along with tracks from their latest album Red Carpet Massacre.

Duran Duran's lead singer Simon Le Bon is also expected to appear as a guest vocalist on Ronson's hit album Version.

The Paris show will take place on July 2 at La Cigale.
