Macca's free secret gig
Sir Paul McCartney has treated 1,000 lucky fans to an intimate gig in London's Camden - for free.
The audience saw Macca get back to basics with a show at the Electric Ballroom to celebrate the release of his new album, Memory Almost Full.
The secret gig was only announced on Thursday morning and tickets were given away free on a first come, first served basis. They sold out in just 13 minutes.
A relaxed Sir Paul said: "It's very much smaller, but you know, it's probably as exciting or maybe even more exciting cause you see the whites of their eyes you know.
He added: "I used to play a lot of gigs like this, and I'm looking forward to getting back," before singing some of his most famous lyrics, "Get back, to where you once belong. Hey Hey".
Guests included 33-year-old supermodel Kate Moss and 007 star Pierce Brosnan.
