The Mr And Mrs Smith stars are expecting twins, and will add them to their already large family consisting of adopted children Maddox, Pax and Zahara, and biological daughter Shiloh.

In 2006, the couple offered the first pictures of daughter Shiloh through distributor Getty Images.

People magazine paid more than $4.1 million (£2 million) for the North American rights, while British magazine Hello! obtained the international rights for $3.5 million (£1.75 million).

All profits were donated to an undisclosed charity by Jolie and Pitt.
