Teenager stabbed to death

A teenager has been stabbed to death in south London, Scotland Yard said.
Believed to be in his late teens, the victim was knifed in Guildford Road, South Lambeth.

A Met Police spokesman said officers were called to the scene at 7.05pm.
They were responding to reports of an assault in progress and found the victim suffering from one or more stab wounds to the stomach.
He was taken to hospital but pronounced dead at 8.15pm.
Meanwhile, police are questioning two people after a 42-year-old man was stabbed to death in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.
A 37-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman have been arrested in connection with the attack and are being quizzed by detectives.
