Wills and Harry prepare for Diana service
Princes William and Harry are to mark the tenth anniversary of their mother's death at a special service.
The brothers are attending a memorial service at the Guards' Chapel in London on Friday, exactly ten years on from the car crash in Paris that killed Diana, Princess of Wales.
The princes have overseen all the arrangements, including the music and hymns, and were helped by Diana's family.
The Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Prince of Wales and more than 30 royals will gather along with Diana's siblings Earl Spencer, Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Lady Jane Fellowes.
However, the Duchess of Cornwall will stay away from the thanksgiving service after last week's U-turn following criticism that it was inappropriate for her to attend.
William and Harry had invited their stepmother, but Camilla's presence was always going to be problematic, with some claiming it was not right for the woman who had an affair with Charles during his marriage to attend.
Sir Elton John, Sir Cliff Richard, Lord Attenborough and celebrity photographer Mario Testino - all friends of the late Princess - have also been invited.
Prime Minister Gordon Brown and former premiers Tony Blair and Sir John Major will also be among the 500 guests.
Members of the public have been leaving floral tributes and messages at Kensington Palace, the focus of the outpouring of grief in the wake of Diana's death on August 31, 1997.
