Michael Jackson has settled in a lawsuit over a loan he took for the funds to buy the Beatles song rights.
The singer's lawyers thrashed out an undisclosed deal with finance firm Prescient.
The deal was agreed shortly before the case was due in a New York court
They claimed he owed them a fee for helping him secure a £137 million loan to buy the other half of the fab four's catalogue from Sony.
But the 48 year-old's people came to an agreement which meant it didn't have to go to court.
The deal was agreed shortly before the case was due in a New York court.
