Girls Aloud head to X Factor

Girls Aloud will be performing their new single for the first time on the X Factor.

The ladies are set to sing Call The Shots on the talent show in the next few weeks.

Despite their reality show background, they admit they'll be a bit nervous performing in front of Simon Cowell.

Nadine said: "Those type of atmospheres are so electric and you feel the nerves off people.

"We better not get critiqued, that's all I'm saying. Simon Cowell can zip it!"

Meanwhile, they're happy as punch to be returning to the music game with their fourth album.

"It's the most exciting time, just releasing the album and letting everybody hear the single, then preparing for a tour," Nadine said. "It's really exciting."
