Tevez saga set to be resolved
Carlos Tevez's move from West Ham United to Manchester United could be resolved as soon as next week, according to his advisor Kia Joorabchian.
The 23-year-old Argentina striker's protracted transfer to the nine-times Premiership champions had seemed unlikely to be completed before the start of the 2007 / 08 campaign.
But after Fifa recommended that the Tevez affair should be referred to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, Joorabchian issued High Court proceedings against West Ham in a bid to resolve the issue of the player's ownership.
However, Joorabchian has hinted that a settlement could be reached in the next few days.
He has been quoted as telling a national newspaper: "There is a possibility it may get resolved next week."
