Japanese drivers to kick back in 'chair-car'
Toyota has revealed its latest concept to make driving that little bit more convenient - a car shaped like a chair.
The "I-Real" is a single seat vehicle which can detect obstacles and pass information to the passenger by vibration and sound to avoid collisions.
It also features buttons and controls on the arm, scoots about on two wheels, and can change position to move slowly or fast at up to 30 kilometres per hour (18.6mph).
Akihiro Yanaka, of Toyota Motor Corporation, said: "We also need to pay attention to efficiency and the environment.
"So we tried to combine these two concepts (four wheel vehicle and single seat vehicle) to make the world a better place and to make mobility more fun."
