Sean Connery has announced that he won't be returning for the fourth Indiana Jones movie.

The 76-year-old had been tipped to reprise his role as Indiana's dad, but has insisted that he won't be drawn out of retirement. Harrison Ford will once again play the intrepid archaeologist.

Despite being only 12 years older than Harrison Ford, Connery first played Indiana's dad in the hit film Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade in 1989
