Denise has best 'bikini body'

TV star Denise Van Outen has nabbed the top spot in a poll for the most desired 'bikini body'.

The 33-year-old, who is a size 10, beat the likes of Penelope Cruz and Cameron Diaz in the online survey of 1,000 people for a glossy magazine.

The results of the vote also suggest that curves are back in fashion with shapely TV presenter Charlotte Church and Coleen McLoughlin making the list.

Skinny actresses like Mischa Barton and Keira Knightley did not feature as a favourite.

Grazia magazine kept the identities of the celebrities secret while asking people to name their favourite bodies.

Hollywood star Cruz came in second place, followed by McLoughlin and actress Kate Hudson and svelte Lost star Evangeline Lilly.

Church and Tyra Banks, both a size 14, make sixth and seventh place respectively, followed by Diaz.

Van Outen said: "I used to be a size zero but I looked awful. Being a normal size is fine."

Grazia editor Jane Bruton said: "It goes to show that what women really aspire to is a normal-looking figure like Denise's."
