Murray left screaming in frustration
Andy Murray claimed he was not aggressive enough as he was knocked out of the Indian Wells tournament by Tommy Haas.
Murray admitted losing his temper during his previous match against Ivo Karlovic but he could not summon the same anger at crucial moments as he lost 2-6 7-5 6-3 to Haas.
The Scot screamed in frustration when he missed a chance to break in the deciding set and Haas immediately broke Murray's serve to love to set up his victory.
Murray said: "If I had played a bit more aggressively in the third set, like I did in the first set, then I would have won the match.
"I still think I was good enough to win the match but I didn't."
Meanwhile, Andy's brother Jamie is through to the semi-finals of the men's doubles with Max Mirnyi after a three-set victory over the top seeds Bob and Mike Bryan.
