Tevez linked with Man United move
West Ham United striker Carlos Tevez is being linked with a possible move to champions Manchester United.
It is claimed that the 23-year-old Argentina hitman could be close to sealing a £20 million move to Old Trafford.
Tevez, who arrived at Upton Park along with compatriot Javier Mascherano last August, is currently playing for Argentina in the Copa America.
But Red Devils officials are believed to be planning talks with his advisors now Sheffield United's appeal against Tevez's 'illegal' registration has cooled.
Media Sports Investments, who have a stake in Tevez's former club Corinthians, claim to have the rights to the player.
And Sir Alex Ferguson could look to sign Tevez on a 12-month loan if United fail to agree a permanent transfer for man who played a vital part in keeping West Ham in the top flight.
He scored seven goals in ten games, including the crucial winner at Old Trafford on the final day of the season, to steer Alan Curbishley's men of the relegation trapdoor.
