England make six changes for the second Test against New Zealand amid a furore over sexual assault claims.

England's team changes include five in the backs, with scrum-half Danny Care handed his first start in Christchurch.

Mike Tindall and Topsy Ojo are the only backline survivors from the first Test drubbing in Auckland.

Jamie Noon is brought in at inside centre to shore up the midfield defence, with Toby Flood given the number 10 shirt.

On the wing Tom Varndell, 22, comes in while Mathew Tait, also 22, replaces Mike Brown at full-back.

In the pack, Tim Payne replaces Andrew Sheridan, who has an eye injury, at loose-head prop.

Meanwhile New Zealand make four changes, with wing Rudi Wulf and centre Richard Kahui set to make their debuts.

Four England rugby players are being investigated after an allegation of sexual assault, New Zealand police have confirmed. The incident allegedly happened after England's 37-20 first-Test loss.

Andrew earlier said the players concerned "have the complete support of all the players and the management".
