Busta Rhymes charged with drink driving

Rapper Busta Rhymes has been charged with drunk driving after he was pulled over by police in New York.
Officers stopped Rhymes while he was driving a sports utility vehicle with tinted windows.
The 34-year-old was then taken into custody after police smelled alcohol on the rapper's breath

Rhymes' lawyer, Scott Leemon, declined to comment and said he would address the charges in court.
The rapper, whose real name is Trevor Smith, has had several recent run-ins with the law.
He is scheduled to go to trial Tuesday on two separate assault charges
