Richards and Sheen back in court
Denise Richards has returned to court to seek changes to a custody arrangement with ex-husband Charlie Sheen.
Superior Court Commissioner Harvey A Silberman listened to two experts' views at Los Angeles Superior Court and ordered changes to the agreement that Richard's attorney said was beneficial for the pair's two young daughters.
Attorney Neal Hersh, acknowledged that Silberman refused to grant some of the items requested during the closed-door hearing, but he did not specify what changes were sought.
Sheen's attorney Fern Wender also declined to discuss Silberman's orders, but afterwards he said "the commissioner denied the majority " of Richards' motion.
Sheen did not appear, but Wender said he was pleased with the outcome.
Richards, who sat in court on Monday alongside her father, indicated she was also satisfied with Silberman's rulings.
The couple completed a bitter divorce in 2006, and have since battled over the custody of their daughters, four-year-old Sam and three-year-old Lola.
