Mighty Boosh festival tickets go on sale
Tickets for an open-air music and comedy festival devoted to the surreal hit TV show The Mighty Boosh have gone on sale.
The festival will entertain 30,000 fans at the The Hop Farm in Tonbridge, Kent, on July 5.
The television show has attracted a cult following and the award-winning duo Julian Barratt and Noel Fielding, aka Howard Moon and Vince Noir, will be inviting some of their own favourite stars on stage.
The latest series featured rockers The Horrors.
Fielding said: "We've never played a music festival before."
Promoters Vince Power and Phil McIntyre said: "We thought long and hard about putting on a comedy festival and convinced The Mighty Boosh that they were the right choice for the first major open-air comedy festival of its kind."
The full line-up will be announced shortly.
