Spurs face Anderlecht in Uefa group
Tottenham Hotspur will face Anderlecht, the team they beat in the Uefa Cup final in 1984, in the group stage of this season's competition.
Martin Jol's men will also face Spanish side Getafe, Israel's Hapoel Tel-Aviv and Danish outfit Aalborg in Group G.
Bolton have been put in a tough Group F along with German giants Bayern Munich, Red Star Belgrade, Aris Salonika and Portuguese side Braga.
Trotters chairman Phil Gartside hopes the Uefa Cup can provide boss Sammy Lee and his team a much-needed lift: "We've had a tough start. You're looking for signs and things which might start your season off and this could be a great fillip for everybody."
Everton avoided some of Europe's big guns and boss David Moyes will be hoping the Blues can get the better of Dutch outfit AZ Alkmaar, Russian champions-elect Zenit St Petersburg, Germany's Nurnberg and Blackburn's conquerors Larissa in Group A.
And having got the better of Ukrainians Dnipro in the first round, Aberdeen have been handed a tough task - Jimmy Calderwood's Dons have been drawn in Group B alongside Panathinaikos, Lokomotiv Moscow, Atletico Madrid, and FC Copenhagen.
