There are only six Premier League teams left in the last 16 of the FA Cup after Sheffield United beat Manchester City 2-1, with the help of some balloons.

City fans might regret taking their blue-and-white balloons to the game to create a party atmosphere.

The balloons were thrown onto the field before kick-off and they settled in the City penalty area.

Sheffield United took a shock lead when Lee Martin's cross from the left wing deflected off two of the balloons, wrong-footing defender Michael Ball and allowing Luton Shelton to score.

Jon Stead added another goal before half-time and Bryan Robson's team held on despite Dan Sturridge's second half goal for City.

Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United, Middlesbrough and Portsmouth are the only teams left in the competition from the top flight.
