Britain's Got Talent winner George Sampson is to debut in the West End show, Into the Hoods.

The 14-year-old was picked for the hip-hop dance urban fairytale after winning the reality television series earlier this year.

"I will be more nervous walking into a full crowd because if you mess up you mess up live" - George Sampson

Sampson said starring in a West End show for the first time is a challenge: "I will be nervous because we have learnt so much in so little time."

He thinks it will be even more nerve-wracking than the Britain's Got Talent Final: "I will be more nervous walking into a full crowd because if you mess up you mess up live.

"But once you get going in front of a live crowd it's the best."

Sampson said he will be going on stage with his good-luck charm - a wrist band his friend gave him.
