Shilpa presents Miss Bollywood

Shilpa Shetty has been in London to promote her latest production, Miss Bollywood.

The Celebrity Big Brother winner was joined by fellow cast members from the all-dancing stage show at the West End premiere.

It first opened in Germany and has since been on tour around the UK.

She said: "I think this is really truly one of the first for the Bollywood fraternity to get this kind of reception from the mainstream."

Miss Bollywood sees Shetty play Maya, a classically trained dancer and choreographer who arrives from India to set up a dance academy as London prepares for the 2012 Olympics.

However, her east London building is under threat by the preparations and she finds herself thrust into the limelight, where she must sink or swim.

Shetty explained:"It's all about believing in yourself, believing in your talent and not giving up easily in life."

Miss Bollywood is at the Royal Albert Hall, London on December 12.
