Glastonbury fans to go green
Fans at this summer's Glastonbury Festival are being urged to go green in an attempt to halt climate change, organisers announced.
A series of initiatives will be held during the three-day event to encourage revellers to wash in eco-friendly showers, eat organic food, and use recycled toilet paper.
Fans will also be invited to join the I Count campaign, which shows people how to reduce their carbon footprint.
Legendary festival organiser Michael Eavis said: "We've put a lot of effort into focusing Glastonbury on the environment and climate change this year.
"We hope to see at least 100,000 new supporters sign up to the I Count campaign - and I'll be the first to put my name down."
More than 135,000 people will descend on Worthy Farm, Pilton, Somerset for the festival on June 22 - 24.
The line-up for the festival is expected to include Arctic Monkeys, The Killers, The Who, Kaiser Chiefs and Shirley Bassey.
