Roberts encounter leaves Posh 'a wreck'

Victoria Beckham was reportedly left "a quivering wreck" when she met Hollywood queen Julia Roberts.

The Spice Girl admitted she was shaken and stirred by the Tinseltown A-lister who she bumped into at Giorgio Armani's party in New York.

Posh said: "What do you do when you meet someone like Julia Roberts? She's a legend. There was a red carpet line-up and as I came to greet her, I found myself bending to curtsy."

She added: "I was like, that's Julia Roberts!"

Beckham said Roberts knew her and her footballer husband and the pair got on very well. They even swapped numbers.

Her other Hollywood pals include Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes and Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria Parker.
