Mr Jaronis was found suffering head injuries and slash wounds outside a disused pub in Tottenham High Road
The 42-year-old was one of four victims of last week's spate of knife killings in the capital.
Banaczek will appear at the Old Bailey on October 23.
Mr Jaronis was found suffering head injuries and slash wounds outside a disused pub in Tottenham High Road last Thursday, where he had been living with a group of other squatters.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. A post-mortem examination showed he died from multiple injuries.
