Kanye performs at secret London gig

US rapper Kanye West has performed at a secret gig in central London.

Just 500 fans were able to see the star in action at Westminster Hall - yards from Big Ben.

To promote his new album, Graduation, guests were greeted by staff wearing graduation outfits and carrying mortar boards.

West was celebrating hitting the number one spot with his new single, Stronger, which features Daft Punk.

But as well as performing classics from his old album, the rapper commented on New York rapper 50 Cent.

The two are due to release their albums on the same day in the US. Kanye said he thinks the competition is good for both artists.
