Big Brother contestant Maysoon Shaladi has quit Big Brother after four weeks in the house.

The homesick 28-year-old told her fellow housemates that she had asked Big Brother for her suitcase.

Maysoon said to Sara, Kathreya and Rachel: "They asked me loads of questions. I never really got 100 per cent comfortable in the house.

"It was hard for us coming in halfway through, people already have their friends. I'm happy with the month I did. I wouldn't change it."

After discussing her decision and saying her goodbyes, Maysoon returned to the Diary Room just after 9pm and confirmed that she wanted to leave.

Maysoon was up for eviction on Friday against eight other housemates, but viewers who have already voted for her will be entitled to a full refund.
