Blunt says 'goodbye my lover'

Singer James Blunt has reportedly split from his model girlfriend Petra Nemcova.

The Brit star is said to have called it quits with the beauty due to conflicting work schedules.

US reports claim the couple broke up in February but have decided to remain friends.

The celebrity pair dated for over a year and it was the Czech star's first long-time relationship since surviving the Asian Tsunami disaster in which she lost her boyfriend.

James and Petra were last seen making the most of their celebrity status throughout Oscars week, attending almost every showbiz party.

But rumours soon surfaced when the 32-year-old former soldier was seen out on the town on his own.

And with James being spotted living it up with the likes of Amy Winehouse, Kelly Osbourne and Lindsay Lohan, it'll take no time for the gossip columns to fill their inches.
