A team of 80 volunteers have created a breathtaking carpet of flowers in Brussels
In an event that happens every two years, the capitals main square has been covered in a carpet of flowers.
Over 100 gardeners have laid out the pattern which will remain on display until Sunday.

This summer, the design of the flower carpet has drawn inspiration from 18th century French patterns.
