Mark Hughes's Blackburn Rovers will be looking to get the better of Larissa with the first leg in Greece.
And Tottenham Hotspur, who made the semi-finals last season, start their campaign against Cypriot side Anorthosis Famagusta at White Hart Lane.
Meanwhile, Scotland's only representatives in the competition Aberdeen have been handed a tie against Ukrainian side Dnipro with the first leg at Pittodrie.
