Despite working on her forthcoming album, Madonna has still found time to plan a trip to Malawi with her new son.

The star has arranged the trip so that recently-adopted David can spend time with his biological father and reports have hinted that the mother-of-three may be looking to adopt another child.

"If her trip there brings attention to the tremendous need to help the children of that country, then so be it. No one objects to that," - Liz Rosenberg

Madge's publicist, Liz Rosenberg, confirmed the visit to Africa but denied any suggestion a new baby was on the way.

"I can confirm that Madonna is planning a trip to Malawi quite soon," said Ms Rosenberg.

"She's going to continue her work with the Raising Malawi Orphan Care Initiative, including the building of a children's care center.

One source told a US magazine that the Queen of Pop intended to adopt another baby soon, but first wanted to repair her image from all the bad publicity generated over David's adoption.

Madonna is understood to be intent on making David's father be a part of her extended family.
