P Diddy has finally confirmed that he is the father of a 15-month old baby girl.
The hip-hop superstar accepted responsibility for the child named Chance with Sarah Chapman, following DNA tests.

Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, admitted he was unsure about coming forward because he did not think the tot was his.
But he has now vowed to take care of her for the rest of her life.
Just four months separate Chance and his twin daughters with Kim Porter.
Diddy is also acting as a father to Kim's son Quincy
