Lily Allen is not the biggest fan of US president George W Bush - something she chose to share with 85,000 fans.

The London songstress - who has been blocked from working in the States - aimed a tirade of abuse at Mr Bush during her performance at the V Festival at Weston Park.

"Obviously I'm really sad I can't do my US tour. The shame is on you, the US Immigration Service" - Lily Allen

Lily has been forced to cancel her American tour after immigration authorities revoked her visa over an alleged assault on a photographer.

The 22-year-old who admitted to be "a little drunk" during her 45-minute set at Weston Park, Staffordshire, used a number of expletives to describe the president.

She later added: "Obviously I'm really sad I can't do my US tour. The shame is on you, the US Immigration Service."

Lily's presence in the US may well have been a catalyst to global recognition, but for now she is pleased to be playing again. The V Festival marked a happy return - she was playing her first live date after pulling a string of concerts after vocal problems.
