To use the ITN player your computer must be running Microsoft Windows Vista. All versions of Microsoft Windows Vista are supported by the ITN Player.
You will also need to be running either Internet Explorer 6.0 or Internet Explorer 7.0 to launch the ITN Player.
The ITN Player will also work on Microsoft Windows XP as long as you have the following software already installed:
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 (Download) Windows Media Player 10 or above (Download)
Why is it available only for Microsoft Windows XP & Microsoft Windows Vista users?
The ITN Player is built using the new Windows Presentation Foundation technology. This technology is built into the new Microsoft Windows Vista operating system and is available as an add-on for Microsoft Windows XP.
When I launch the ITN Player I get a security warning claiming the 'Publisher cannot be verified'
This is normal and nothing to worry about. Press the 'Run' button to continue launching the ITN Player. You will only see this warning the very first time you use the ITN Player.
When I try to launch the ITN Player my browser just displays a page of unintelligble computer jargon.
Make sure you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 or Internet Explorer 7.0 to access this site
